Peter is a senior executive with extensive experience in technology innovation and business development. He formerly founded and
led as CEO two high tech start-ups and has managed the global commercialization of complex life science and digital technologies.
Peter is perfectly suited for this role with his deep experience in enterprise solutions and software management systems in the medical
field. He will also serve a key role to our strategic funding initiatives for both CAPS and our CMT platforms.


William D. (Billy) Meadow
Billy is a serial technology entrepreneur who has launched three successful University ventures. Billy founded PaySpan.com, the largest medical
payment network in the US with 1.3M providers & 100+M user accounts. He also founded LocatorX who has been awarded contracts with the
Defense Logistics Agency. Billy pioneered internet based long distance calling with SS7 switches deployed in 130+ countries.


Charles N. (Peb) Hendrix
Peb served 10-years in the US Navy as a legal and public affairs officer. He then launched a successful commercial venture funded by a local
private wealth family office. After exit to a publicly traded group, he continued with the family office as EVP Operations managing 30+
diversified company holdings for 20 years


Juan Carlos Gonzalez
Juan Carlos Gonzalez is a senior IT executive with extensive experience managing a billion dollar web-based order processing and product distribution business. He has deep experience in internet infrastructure, CRM, ERP, Business Intelligence, Process Re-Engineering, Logistics, High Assurance Technology Operations, Business Analysis and Enterprise Integration.

Jeffrey Smowton, MD, FACEP, FACP
As Chairman, Dr. Smowton has led the growth of Emergency Resources Group (ERG) for more than 30 years. He also serves as Medical Director
of the Emergency Department at Baptist Health Jacksonville. He is a valuable contributor for PERSOWN through his vast working experience in
both diagnostics and analytics while providing first hand resources for the company through his 500+ practitioners at 25+ hospitals with ERG.


Joseph A. Colorafi, MD, MBA, FCCP
Dr. Joe Colorafi was previously Vice President of Clinical Data Science at CommonSpirit Health in Chicago managing Advanced Clinical Analytics and Data
Science for 117 hospitals. For the past 15 years his career has focused on Medical and Bio-Informatics, enabling him to bring a considerable amount of experience
in areas of change management governance, clinical effectiveness and use of predictive analytics. This knowledge builds on his 20 years of practice in pulmonary,
sleep, and intensive care medicine.


Robert Bilkovski, MD, MBA
Dr. Bilkovski offers 25 years of clinical trial regulatory and analytics experience stemming from his work with companies like: GE Healthcare,
Abbott Labs, Becton Dickinson, Hospira, Walgreens, and more. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine having served as Research
Director and Senior Staff Physician a Henry Ford Health System.


Edward (Ted) Conklin, MD
Dr. Ted Conklin is a uniquely experienced health care executive having spent over 32 years in the industry. Most recently he served as Vice
President and Chief Medical Officer of Commercial business at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and GuideWell from 2019 through mid 2022.
Prior to this he was at Premera Blue Cross in Washington for 7 years serving in roles that included VP of Quality and Medical Management as
well as VP of Provider and Customer engagement.

Mike Muldoon
Mike recently retired as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jacksonville Office Managing Partner. With a combined 38 years of executive tax and
management experience between PwC, Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and Deloitte, Mike is excited to engage with PERSOWN to help guide the
development of PERSOWN corporate and PERSOWN Analytics. Mike quickly grasped the market opportunity in healthcare for our software
solutions. His vast business experience across hundreds of companies and network relationships offer the PERSOWN team a wealth of senior
level strategic opportunities


Richard Still
Richard Still has a strong background in finance, operations and corporate startups. He has most recently served as CFO of a $100M privately
held company. His previous positions included COO of a multi-location environmental company, financial analyst for an investment banking
firm and plant manager for a manufacturing company. Richard was also the founder and CEO of three specialty manufacturing companies.

Eric brings nearly 30 years of healthcare-related executive leadership experience in starting and reorganizing businesses in the areas of medical
devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, biogenetics, EHR Systems, disposable medical equipment, and consumer goods.

Robert Redfield, MD
Robert Ray Redfield Jr. is an American virologist who served as Director of the Centers for Disease Control 2018-2020. He also served on the
White House Corona Virus Task Force. He served on the President’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS 2005-2009. He cofounded the Institute of
Human Virology ad the University of Maryland and spent two dozen years in HIV/AIDS research.


Alex Parker, Ph.D.
Dr. Parker currently serves as Senior Associate Dean of Research at UF Health Jacksonville. He was previously with Mayo Clinic Jacksonville,
where he was a professor of epidemiology and urology and held several leadership positions. He also served as vice chair of health sciences
research, associate director of the Center for Individualized Medicine, associate medical director of development and a co-program leader for
genetic epidemiology.


Craig Castor
Craig Castor is a veteran business professional with 39 years of combined experience in commercial construction, insurance, risk management
industries and presently 14 years in corporate real estate. Craig specializes in developing real estate strategies for his clients, including, site
selection, negotiating leases and construction management. His firm has extensive experience in the construction of clean rooms, lab space and
manufacturing facilities. Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from FSU in 1982.ng leases and construction management. His firm has extensive experience in the construction of clean rooms, lab space and

Kurt Kuehn
Kurt Kuehn retired in 2015 as UPS’s CFO following a unique career that covered many roles during his 38-year tenure. Mr. Kuehn is currently on
the boards of Henry Schein, serving as audit committee chair; and LocatorX, a logistics technology company. As a long-time supporter of
sustainability programs, he is active as a board member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Kurt attended Yale University
and received an MBA from the University of Miami.
